R. Fritts brings more than 30 years of law enforcement, training, and public safety leadership experience to Winrock Public Safety. He served over 24 years with the Albuquerque Police Department, including nearly 12 years as an Advanced Training Instructor shaping officer performance and leadership. Raymond later held senior leadership roles at the Central New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy, overseeing law enforcement, dispatcher, and criminal justice programs statewide. He now leads training development, policy modernization, and performance standards for Winrock Public Safety. His work reflects a deep commitment to preparation, accountability, and professional growth.
